We also discussed the genre of our film trailer. We soon decided that horror was the most appropriate and potentially the easiest genre we could use to achieve our grades. We both enjoy horror and therefore we have experience and knowledge in what codes and conventions go into making a successful horror.
Due to us having low budgets and no real resources to create something technically great (such as ghosts and the supernatural) we have chosen to make a realistic human horror.
