Due to the fact that my film trailer will include violence, harrowing themes and criminal activity, it would definitely be regulated as an 18 by the BBFC.
However, during the production process my partner and I decided that, for our trailer, we wanted it to be an American production and therefore our regulating govern will be the MPAA not BBFC. As such, my trailer will be regulated as 'R' for restricted.
